Andrew Gardner
Andrew is our founder and the one who sets our standard for excellence. After 7 years in commercial construction, he left corporate America to pursue a career in real estate. In 2021 he launched the company and began purchasing single family homes, mobile homes, and vacant lots. Since then, the LEAP Properties team has grown and remains committed to working with property owners throughout the Greater Houston area.

Kevin Bazazzadeh
Kevin’s work is the engine behind our speed and efficiency. Kevin spent over a decade in petrochemical R&D, before starting his own real estate company in 2019. In 2024 he joined Leap Properties as a partner and now oversees our advertising and technology, and is constantly refining our systems so we can analyze properties faster and extend the highest possible cash offer to you.

Brittany Fulks
Every successful project needs someone who holds it all together, and for us, that’s Brittany. As our project manager, she not only oversees our renovations but also acts as the ‘gluestick’ for the entire company
Giving Back to the Community
At the core of the company is a servant’s heart. Thinking about service we decided that each month we would find a way to help someone we have come across that we didn’t end up purchasing their property – the Leap Community Day. The goal is to find someone with a need related to their property (big or small) and focus on solving it with the team.
The specific case below this homeowner had an issue with a large amount of belongings that had piled up over the years. The HOA started coming after her, and she wasn’t financially or physically able to address the issue. We spent a good portion of the day working to haul off all the items.
