Andrew Gardner
He’s our founder and the guy who makes sure we do our part in exceeding your expectations. He loves working directly with our clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they get the very best from our team.
Since he was a kid, Andrew has had a passion for real estate. He started his career as an unpaid ‘handyman’ helping his grandmother fix screens and replace toilets at their old duplex on Grand Ave. Eventually, he graduated college and began working for a commercial general contractor where he was responsible for estimating and managing projects. Now he is running his own company, working with folks like you who want to sell their properties.
When he’s not serving our clients, you can find him exploring the hills, fishing North Padre Island, or in the kitchen preparing a feast for family and friends.
Brittany Fulks
Brittany is the real brains of the operation. She keeps our company running smoothly and oversees our admin team. Her attention to detail and dedication to our mission is invaluable as we continue to grow our company.
Brittany grew up in a family of workaholics that fixed things themselves and placed a high value on running a tight ship. These fundamentals have served her well throughout her career, beginning as a commercial property manager, manager of a residential general contractor and now head of marketing and operations for LEAP Properties.
When she’s not working to grow our business, Brit teaches yoga classes at a local studio and hosts corporate wellness programs.
